Here's what my patients say about my care

Read more on Google!

"I’ve had 3 vaginal deliveries within 4.5 years, and I’ve seen 4 different pelvic PTs. Kate is by far and away the best. My third delivery wrecked me and I couldn’t get a handle on leaking urine with coughing, sneezing, or even holding when I had the urge to go. For the first time ever in 5 years, I’m no longer leaking AT ALL and it’s all thanks to Kate." - L

"10/10 would recommend! Kate helped me address some pelvic floor issues postpartum and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel very supported and comfortable with here I was at and the path forward. Thank you Kate!" - C

"Kate is an exceptional PT and I can not recommend her enough! She is an incredibly talented clinician who provides holistic, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care. I started seeing her after my 2nd pregnancy due to back pain and painful inter course. I had never been to a pelvic PT before despite having an emergency c section with my 1st, and lasting pain after my 2nd pregnancy. Little did I know how life changing seeing a pelvic PT would be. Who knew I didn’t have to live with the pain I was experiencing? Working with Kate helped me become aware of my body in a way I had never experienced before in my life. Having Kate come into my home erased so many barriers that would have likely prevented me from seeking care in those early weeks. I am already looking forward to my next visit!"  - K

Why see PT at home?

Seeing a physical therapist for issues stemming from your pelvic floor can be hard enough as it is without having to go to a clinic.

At Internal Locus, we aim to bring the best techniques to you, whether you're healing from an injury, surgery, childbirth, or trauma.

By removing the barrier of having to travel to a clinic, Kate keeps your health in your control. Because you deserve better.

Kate is expanding her reach! Now, in addition to home visits, Kate offers hour-long treatment sessions at Vibe, a fitness center for women, genderqueer, and non-binary folks in Denver!

Do you take insurance?

I’m currently out-of-network, and here’s why:

Insurance companies typically cap session lengths (often 45 minutes) and limit how many visits you’re allowed—none of which reflects the actual care you may need. By staying out-of-network, I can meet you at home or in a gym setting without cutting corners, giving you the focused, personalized care you deserve.

If you have insurance benefits for out-of-network providers, I’m happy to provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement. This way, we can prioritize your unique healing journey—on your timeline—rather than an insurance company’s.

Do I need a doctor's referral to see you?

Nope!

How long until I'm feeling better?

The truth is, it depends.  For some folks, they'll notice major improvements after the first visit. For others, it can take a long time to undo years of habit and experience. But generally, if you're not starting to feel better in 3-5 visits, it's worth mentioning!

Do you offer equity pricing?

Absolutely! If you identify as part of a marginalized community (BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or need additional accessibility support), I offer a 10% discount. Just email me with “Access for All” in the subject line, and I’ll apply the discount to your sessions. Everyone deserves top-quality care, and I’m here to help make that happen.
