Hi there! I’m Dr. Kate Weed, a pelvic health physical therapist in Denver, Colorado. Whether you’re looking to return to exercise after giving birth, reduce pain after pelvic surgery, or recover from sexual dysfunction, I’m here to create a safe, welcoming space for all—regardless of gender or background.
I earned my Master of Science in Anatomy and Clinical Health Science and my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware in 2020. Early in my training, I realized pelvic health was my passion. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of patients overcome pain with sex, urinary leaking, bowel issues, and so much more.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, and I’ve taken advanced courses on urinary incontinence, pessary and prolapse care, pelvic pain, and pregnancy and postpartum management. Essentially, I geek out on all things pelvic health, because I believe everyone deserves to feel confident in their body.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me curled up with a trashy novel, exploring the outdoors in skis or hiking boots, or occasionally brewing a beer with my partner.
If you’re ready for personalized, affirming care that meets you where you are, reach out and let’s get started. I can’t wait to help you feel strong, supported, and fully at home in your body.

Contact us! We'll figure out whether it's a good fit, and if you decide to work with Kate, we'll send all paperwork for you to fill out online - no need to sit around a waiting room trying to remember your medical history.
We decide on a date and time that works best for you. Because we're mobile PT, you'll enjoy increased access to physical therapy services when you need them, whether that be mornings, evenings, or even weekends. No need to wait until Monday to get the care you need.
On the day of your visit, make sure that you have a private space available with enough room for you to move about. If needed, a portable examination table will be brought for your use. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you can move around in easily.
For the first visit, we'll review your medical history and current problems, your concerns, and your goals for physical therapy. We'll do a movement assessment to find what areas in your body are causing your symptoms.
For most visits, we may assess the pelvic floor internally to determine the root cause of your complaints. If you're scheduling a visit for just after birth, we can look at pelvic floor externally to check on healing (no internal work will be done until you have clearance, usually at 6 weeks).
After testing, it's treatment time! Some of the ways that we can address issues include:
exercise
strategies to decrease pain and improve bladder control
gentle breathing techniques
many other treatments to work toward your goals!
You'll get an email with treatment plan and insurance receipt.
Visits are 90 minutes.
Payment is due at or before time of service. We accept HSA/FSA, credit card, cash, or Venmo. Insurance paperwork is available.
If you're pregnant or just had a baby, removing the barrier of having to drive, arrange childcare, and carry belongings with you to a clinic can make a huge difference for your success. Getting care, either during pregnancy or after having your baby, can make huge improvements in your pain, your function, and your confidence for healing from birth and beyond. Kate's uniquely ready to help you navigate the profound changes in your body so that you can take care of yourself, and your family, without fear.
If you're experiencing pelvic pain, urinary, or bowel issues, you're not alone. Some statistics that may surprise you: 1 in 3 women globally have experienced sexual assault within their lifetime, and are far more likely to experience pelvic floor issues¹. And those same symptoms may also occur after a surgery, like hysterectomy, prostatectomy, certain gender-affirming procedures, or any other surgery that disrupts the tissue of the belly, back, or pelvis. Many folks don't want to talk about it. Most people don't realize that there's help.
We get it. Talking about these kinds of issues can be embarrassing, and it's all too common to be dismissed, passed off, or talked over when you bring up these concerns to your doctor. And if you're tried pelvic PT in a busy clinic, sitting there in silence and in pain in the waiting room while folks around you slam weights, chat happily, or practice drills, you know it can be intensely uncomfortable and even triggering.
Let us bring care to you. Kate strives every day to be more trauma-informed and more able to help you learn how to move in your body and how to show up for your unique needs.
If any of the above speaks to you and you need help, please reach out. Even if money, distance, or comfort level prevent you from getting the care you deserve now, we want to be a help to those who need it, however we can.
